DIY Wyoming hunt in area 047

I am going out to Wyoming to hunt Antelope on a DIY hunt myself this year. I drew 2 doe and one buck antelope tag for are 047. There appears to have a lot of public land and hope to be able to fill some tags. Does anyone have any experience in that area? How about a camping area? Any help would be G...

I would consider myself in very good shape and i have hunted in some steep country. I hunt with a pistol, so I will be looking for an early rifle season. From what i have researched so far, i am thinking the same. I have 4 points so far for Utah, but i would think that won't get me a tag yet???

As the new year begins, I now have the opportunity to sit down and think about getting to go out west to hunt again. I hope to go this year, but it may have to be 2012. Illinois is represented here.... i am a 44 year old Mule deer Fanactic and only hunt them with my Thompson Contender! Last year i even started the Mid-West Chapter of the Mule Deer Foundation. It amazes me to hear guys ask me, " I hunt them out west and didn't know there where any here in Illinois!"...
