Re: Az Archery Muleys

Due to the drought and bad mangement practices and budget cutbacks ( the AZ Game and Fish are not maintaining food plots or water this year) deer numbers are down especially buck numbers. One spot that may start to come on strong next year if there is sufficient rain is the area where the fires were...

COLD, COLD, COLD!!!!!!!

Here's a photo of a goose hunt I went on recently in Colorado. I won the hunt and had a blast shooting geese. It was below zero in the morning which is too cold for an old guy from Arizona for sure!

USPSA Hosemasters Christmas Eve Shoot

Here's this morning at Rio Salado in Mesa at the Hosemasters USPSA shoot. My camera girl (69 years young) failed to get stage one. I had a senior moment on stage 4 and failed to chamber a round. Did fairly well for an old fart. The pistol is my Glock 22 Gen 4 carry gun. I have a whole batch of terri...

Re: 25-06

The 25-06 is a good caliber for deer but you really need to chose your shots with it on elk. I've shot cow elk with it but it's frustrating to have to let one walk because it's a bad shot angle. The 300 win mag with Barnes TSX bullets is a much better choice. It'll penetrate 2 to 3 feet of elk so yo...

I'm sure i'll be picking your guys mind for knowledge once I get out there and realize what little I ...

Re: Why We Shoot Coyotes

I've seen the same story painted on the snow many times but the fish and game people rarely admit coyotes take down mature deer that are healthy.

Re: reloading problems

Run a wire along the inside of the die and see if it drops into the vent hole smoothly or hangs at the edge of it. That woulds indicate a burr. Did you change brass or powder charge?

Tactical Solutions 22 Conversion for Glock

Here's the wife and I shooting the Tactical Solutions 22 conversion for my Glock pistol. She likes it way too much and I may lose it if I'm not careful.
