I think my all time favorite has to be my Rem mld 700 XCR. 300win mag with a zeiss conquest
on top to help my old eyes. It's a natural born killer.

Good lunk in 49 Zatarain. I hunted there last fall 1st rifle season with
a buddy and he killed a nice 6x6 while I ate tag soup. It's a good
unit but very rough. If you can use mules or horses then your odds
