Re: TSX vs Accubond
I am not trying to steel this threads thunder, but I would like to try Accubonds in my 243 win. and compare them with their Partitions, but I do not think the Accubonds are being made in 24 caliber. Accubonds should be better for longer ranges. The Partitions do nopt have the higher B.CV. for long r...

If you are bird hunting with a shotgun, don't you have a shell in the chamber?

Antelope
Antelope bullets? Is the 95 Gr Nosler Ballistic a great bullet for antelope out of a 243 Win, or would the 100 Gr partition be better?
Please advise.
Please advise.

Re: Favorite Bullet and Load
Nosler Partitions 165 & 180 gr in 30-06, IMR 4350 - 57.0 & 55.0 respectivley with 1/2 to 3/4: groups @ 100 yards. Successfully harvested; elk, caribou and deer with them.
Have just enough IMR 4350 to load up some 100 gr Partitions for my 243. Going to use on deer this fall.

Re: La Sal Utah Unit
I am advised we are in a small group hunting in the La Sal area last week of September 2009. Being the senior member of our small group, I was wondering about the terrain and the elevation, to see if I could hang in with my sons and their friends in the high country. Lost 30# at Weight Watchers, and...

Re: Wyoming Antelope Double
Makes you wonder, perfect hit with a 300 win mag at 320 yards and the lope does not show any sign of being hit. Your wife drops one in it's tracks at 230 yards with a 243.
