Area 110 Snowy Range, WY
I got my first elk, a spike, in area 110 in the Snowy Range west of Laramie, WY about 8 years ago. Ever since, we have been going there to try to get my wife her first elk and hopefully, a second one for me. We see lot of moose in the Savage Run Wilderness and my friend got a monster bull last year,...

Re: Bipod vs. Shooting Sticks
I saw somebody had the bog pod tripod? Is there anybody else that has experience with them? I have tried bipods and they just don't work as well for me as I thought they would.

Re: Federal Fusions for Muley's 7mm-08 140's
I shot a monster muley with 140 or 150 grainers out of my .300 win mag. I was really impressed. Not a huge amount of damage with good penetration. Thumped him hard and were very accurate when I was sighting in.

Re: .270 pump action for mule deer?
The remington pump is a great gun that is very accurate. My wife shot lots of antelope and deer with hers. Just be sure not to over oil it in dusty conditions or it might jam.
