Awesome buck! Good shootin too. And no way that rifle is too big for deer. Im using a 7mm mag for deer and elk this year as well as a 300 Weatherby necked down to 7mm, a 300WSM and a 300 Rem Ultra Mag necked up to .338 caliber shooting a 300grain bullet. Dont forget cold as heck in the winter time. They got like 70+ inches of snow on the flat this winter. Thats more than normal though. Lots of good hunting over there. The only time limit I have with hunting is from opening day of Archery season until the last day of rifle season...

Awesome! In a way I wish we had hogs up here to hunt. Would be nice to have something to hunt year round that was edible!

He had almost 7 inches of mass between his G2 and G3 on that right side. I had a shoulder mount done on him but havent taken any pics of the mount yet. Glad you enjoyed them
