Usually new strings/cable, install new D-loop and nock point on the new string, making sure the arrow rest is lifted at full draw and I think finishing off by paper tuning. If I seemed to have left anything out sorry. I think thats about it though.

Same here, wipe it down with a damp towel. When I get it re-tuned they usually lube it up for me then.
