Well, at least we have a place to start the hunt. These pictures were taken on July 11th so I would bet this bull is a dandy by now. I think if you dig into it, you will find that the Alaska bear incident he was prosecuted by the Feds and NOT the state of Alaska. Alaska was not pressing charges. You did not mention the arrow length or draw length. The arrow spine, tip weight and arrow length will probably have more effect on bow tuning than a lot of rest adjustments. My first move would be to shoot an 150 grain tip and see if it starts to clean up or gets worse. That weight bow usually fall...
