How does the recoil of the WSM compare to the rem mag?

What is the consensus on these two bullets? I have had pretty good luck with both, but I think I prefer the Accubonds.

I traded for a model 70 in 7mm WSM today. I have no experience with short mags. I would appreciate some feedback from anyone who has experience with the caliber.

What can you guys tell me about this scope? I know they are popular with shooters. How are they in the field?

I have a hunt in SE Wyoming in early October. What kind of temperatures should I plan for? I am trying to figure out what kind of clothing I will need.

I found a good price on some Sitka 90% pants but I am worried they will be to hot for that time of year.
