not sure what a 499 youth tag is??? But S. Utah has great hunting basically everywhere you go... Pine Valley, Indian Peaks, Panguitch, all hold average to above average deer...

Fillmore/Oak Creek is a pretty decent unit. Pineview is also a decent unit. I would probably go with Oak Creek.

Th 499 tag is an early hunt for youth on general any bull units.
