Caribou hunting in Canada

I am trying to find out how to buy an over the counter tag for caribou in Canada. I cant seem to find a website for it. I am thinking of hunting them in Canada just above Idaho. I have family in northern Idaho and they say that there is caribou there. Any help on where I can buy a tag, please let me know. Thanks.
