Coyotes in the Bighorn National Forest?

Was just wondering if a man could call in and kill any coyotes in the Bighorn National Forest

If you follow the laws of Wyoming on Coyote hunting
do you plan on calling or just if you see them?
I would look towards the draws in the lower elevations

I hope to do both! I'll be there in just a few more weeks for Mule deer and hoped to get some predator hunting in as well.
