Just wondering if anybody has a wild idea of how to build your own lay out blind?

I'm wondering if you could use some PVC pipe to build a light, cheap frame and then find some material at a army surplus, walmart or material store to cover it with. Rip cord blinds use bungie cord on a seatbelt closure which should be easy to copy.

Ya just make a frame out of PVC pipe and then we got this camo burlap stuff to cover it and its not to bad.
