My last trip out I used a 402gn gold tip 5575 arrow with a 100gn Nitro muzy broadhead......Cottontails will hold..........but them freaken jacks run like crazy :thumb

2003 dodge works great and when that stops getting them I just send my wife she always finds something to hit with my truck!!!

My 270 with 110gr hand loaded bullets sometimes(just shoot them in the lips), normally I use my bow with field tips, gives the animal a sporting chance
keep her tween the ditches(rdneck for be safe)
you cant tell a rdneck what to do (coach Starnes)

Got to admit bowhunting rabbits can be fun. Jackrabbits though I have not tried with a bow. I did once shoot a big Swamp rabbit, have my arrow pin into the ground through it. The swamper pulled it free and ran off with my arrow. Never found it. This was taken following some fun after a Javelina hunting near the Big Bend area in Texas.
