WOW YOU FELLERS NEED TO COME TO NC, if ya want some woodies, killed 30something of em this yr, with 2 greenheads, and a drake GWT, along with about 25-30 geese.
keep her tween the ditches(rdneck for be safe)
you cant tell a rdneck what to do (coach Starnes)

Allan, Yes we have woodies, some years in BIG #. Mostly we float the Crow Wing River for woodies. But we also have a local population on the ranch, really fun ducks to hunt.

I have picked up one woodie out here and to top it off it was an eclipsed drake. ](*,) Boy what I would have gave to have him in full plumage. Out here we mostly pick up mallard, pintail, widgeon, lots of teal, and a fair amount of spoonies also. I have seen a few canvasbacks but never when I've been sedt up hunting. Hope to ge one of these one day to. Ahh who am I kidding I want to shoot them all. :)
