Cooper retrieves a green head.
Ruff brings in another while Cooper goes for the third.

WOW YOU FELLERS NEED TO COME TO NC, if ya want some woodies, killed 30something of em this yr, with 2 greenheads, and a drake GWT, along with about 25-30 geese.

Allan, Yes we have woodies, some years in BIG #. Mostly we float the Crow Wing River for woodies. But we also have a local population on the ranch, really fun ducks to hunt.

I have picked up one woodie out here and to top it off it was an eclipsed drake.

Boy what I would have gave to have him in full plumage. Out here we mostly pick up mallard, pintail, widgeon, lots of teal, and a fair amount of spoonies also. I have seen a few canvasbacks but never when I've been sedt up hunting. Hope to ge one of these one day to. Ahh who am I kidding I want to shoot them all.
