Primo's 46

Post by pram-z » Fri Nov 04, 2011 3:57 am

Just wanted to tell everyone out there how nice it was to deal with Primo's customer relations on a problem I was having with my Primos 46 cam. They were more than just helpful, they were just plain nice folks to talk to. Although it took a little bit longer to get my camera back than I would have liked, well O.K. it is hunting season and I wanted it NOW, but they sent me a brand new one. Just try that with Cuddeback and see what it gets you!...anyway can't say enough good about them, Primo's that is.

That is good to know. Customer service is as important as quality in my opinion.

+1.
I have 2 Primos & 1 Moultrie and looking into getting a couple more. Based on similar things I've heard from others they'll likely be Primos. :thumb

Well I've a Crappyback IR that I'm thinking of strapping to a tree so it can clearly be seen, then put my good Primo's out to watch the Crappyback hopefully be stolen, that way somebody else can throw it away.

For those of you that have the primos 46 cams...... how many pics do you get on a set of batterys? I'll prob. set mine to have all 46 led flash lights on. I know that has somethin to do with the power consumtion. Just wonderin because when I set mine out ,I'll be leavein them out for a month before checkin and changein batterys
