NBM...these are Northern Cascade Blacktails. The Cascade Mountains divide the state between the wet Blacktail areas and the drier Mule Deer country.Northeast Bone Man wrote:Hey, I'm new to this forum and Mule deer. Just wondering if the pics are of mule deer or blacktails?

Thanks for the info Tree Killer. I'm from northern VT. and all we have up here is whitetails. Great pics by the way. Looking foward to seeing more. Heading to SD next fall to try and hunt Mulies.
