Again Bret amazing photos! It does look like birth complications. I haven't seen it with a antelope but have seen it with a deer once.

Looks like good antler growth this year.
Normal birth is both front feet coming out just ahead of the nose. If 1 front leg is doubled back the mother will die. In cattle a birth like that happens I'd say about 1-2% of the time, Without help the cow will die. Breach births are a little more common, but a cow will usually manage.
