Vortex Razor Binoculars

Post by MuleyMadness » Sat Feb 06, 2010 8:51 am

Bought some Vortex Razor bino's a couple of years ago, well a couple of months ago (actually last summer) they quit working unexpectedly?? I never dropped them or anything, took good care of them well I thought.

Anyway I shipped they back explaining the problem, just received a brand new pair back yesterday at ZERO cost. Lifetime warranty, replaced with no hassle whatsoever.

Great job, thanks for the FINE customer service. Just a heads up story is all this is.

ok another dumb question... how do Binos "stop working"?

Glad to hear that they treated you good, alot of companies give people the run around.
Just remember they call it hunting not finding. It's all about the stories.

Honestly I thought the same thing when it happened, thought I was going BLIND. :)

I could only focus one side at a time, they both wouldn't focus together.

Can't beat a Lifetime Warranty! And it's good to hear you had a great customer service experience instead of all the horror stories you hear about these days.
