Re: Which Scope
Why dont U check out ebay. I just picked up a nice nikon for 150.00. Granted it was used. Not a scratch on it. I saved a couple hundred dollars.
Re: Which Scope
Well the thing I don't like about that is I cant look at it and I really don't know what the condition of the lenses are and I i don't know what the quality is....but I will try it.

Re: Which Scope
I think you should just wait another year or two and save as much as you can so you can buy the quality of scope you want rather than settling for less and wanting more. I know it is hard to be patient but it does pay off. I have been saving change for about 4 years and was able to get the Wall tent I have been wanting forever with just saved change. Plus since I waited so long there was finally a sale that allowed me to get eve more with the tent than I had planned on for less than what I had saved up!
If you really think you have to have one then I would go the used route and get better glass that you can afford that way.
Just my .02
