A good camera?
A good camera?
Now that I've got a hunt of a lifetime coming up I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on a good camcorder to get? Right now I have a Sony Handycam (forget the model#) that has the memory chip in it. It's been a good camera was just looking for something with a little better picture quality.
What are the things that I should be looking for in a good camcorder?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks a_bow_nut

Live to hunt, hunt to live.
Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell
the difference.

ARe you talkin about the still picture quality on it or just the video quality?
The only problem w/ a video camera is you will not get a very good Megapixel still camera.
I have a canon Gl-2 that I spent around $2500.00 for and I think it is only like a 1.3 meg still camera, although the video quality is unreal, just like watching a movie.
For a really good pic you will need to stick with a regular camera( i think)
This pic is a awful still pic taken with it on our Bou hunt last fall.
Good luck on your Hunt
