Binoc Harness

What is your favorite binoc harness? I have used the standard neck strap and a X type of harness with split rings that attached to the binoc. Anyone use anything different or know of a better system?

I tried a few bino systems until I stumbled upon the IPI bino manager system. It is similar to other harness get-ups but nice IMO. It has neoprene shoulder straps and a bino cover to keep the glass out of the elements. I have had mine for a while which I use with Minox medium sized binoculars.
