New Mexico Archery Tag Unit 2B

I drew a New Mexico Unit 2B Archery Tag 1/1/11 thru 1/15/11. I live, Work and play in Alaska, I heard there are gigantic mule deer in this unit! Any info about this unit would be greatly appreciated, Thanks a ton!!

Make sure you have a set of tire chains. If there is any kind of moisture those roads turn to snot real quick. Are you a NM native? Noticed your username.

My brothers had that tag last year....it was a very hard hunt. Deer are grouped up by the dozens so there are lots of eyes and ears. plus all the snow prevents you from stalking anything and the quality of deer was severely down due to huge amount of poaching in that area.
