Nice Buck - Cedar Breaks

Post by MuleyMadness » Wed Aug 08, 2012 12:13 am

Not great pictures (pulled from video through my binos) from a long ways off.

This buck is on Cedar Mtn. on the Cedar Breaks Park, so he is in non-huntable area.
Just wanted to share, took the road up Parowan Canyon to Brian Head. Pretty nice buck, very symetrical
all the way around. Always nice to see good bucks no matter where they are.

Genetics are key. Protected area or not, it's always great to see bucks like that considering the number of offspring he will father throughout his life. ----------SS

That would do in a pinch.

Good looking buck.

Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell
the difference.

Definitely a nice buck. I’ve watched some good elk in the same protected area.

That's a very nice buck regardless of where he is. :thumb

He may be in a protected area now but come rifle season, he probably won't be.

Nice buck. I was driving through there twice a week in the morning going to Cedar for work and never saw anything bigger than a little 3-point.
