Sons first buck (Video)
What a fun day this turned out to be. Over the last couple of years my friends Koby, Corby, Paul and John have all helped in trying to get Ethan a buck. He has had chances. One where the whole group helped Ethan on a muzzloader stalk and in the end John gave up a chance at a monster to let Ethan have a shot. I owe a huge thanks to all of them, what a great group of guys. I was grateful to see it happen for Ethan this year. The group split up to cover more country this year. Corby, Ethan and I ended up hunting together.

Great video and congrats to the yougun. Way to start him off with a great, hike-in hunting experience. He'll be hooked for life. --------SS

Great hunt.
Great deer.
Great video.
That would have been awesome to be a part of that hunt.
Thanks for sharing.

I really liked your video. You do really have a lot of patience. Unlike me.

Thanks for the kind feedback. It was my favorite hunt this year and we have had some good ones.
Funny, I was thinking the exact opposite. I really admired your patience with your son on Saturday.ridgetop wrote:I really liked your video. You do really have a lot of patience. Unlike me.
