I'm curious what your friends found? What's the heard like in this area? How many deer did they spot? I live three hours away and was thinking of trying a archery second season hunt there. Anyone have additional info or advice?

They checked out those spots and found some deer but nothing worth targeting on opener, they are going back soon and i will keep you posted.

That would be great. I don't need the biggest buck in the unit I just want to know if there is something there to go after. Thoes fields to the west around Aguila look interesting I could see deer coming off the hills in late evening to feed...
