Freaking cats

Post by ridgetop » Thu Feb 02, 2012 7:29 pm

About a month ago a stray female cat showed up at our place. My daughter took a liking to it and started feeding it. Now I'm a fraid it's here to stay. Then about a week ago a male cat showed up and they got into a pretty good fight. I figured one needed to go and quick. So I loaded up the male and took it outside of town a few miles near an old farm and when I stopped to get out to look at the scenery, the cat ran off. #-o Oh well, I'm sure it will find a new home. :)) Well, two days later, the freaking cat is right back out in my barn. ](*,) It does make me wonder, when the DWR transplates problem lions, how many of them head back to where they came from?
There's always next year

IMO, the only good cat... is a dead one.

Everytime I get a stray my dogs find them before I do.. I heard an old wise tale that says if you cut the whiskers they cant find their way home. Sounds like the perfect oppurtunity to see if its true.

The right thing to do and the hard thing to do are usually the same thing
