Foiled again

Post by gizmo1 » Tue May 08, 2012 8:41 pm

Well, i took my son turkey hunting down on the ranch Sunday and Monday. We saw a ton of turkeys but couldn't close the deal. He did close on a pig though and killed a huge boar. I am soooo proud of him he is really doing well. It was a spot and stock deal and he popped it in the back of the noggin at 150yds. We saw a bunch of deer too. We got the travel trailer all set up and are supposed to break ground on the lodge on wed. Cant wait to get it done. I am hoping to get it finished by hunting season. Once it it finished and operational I am seriously thinkin about doin a hunt swap. What do u guys think?
