It's hilarious... we've been following this story locally for several days now. Apparently, the guy turned himself in but has not been identified other than he is from S. Carolina.

Yea, I've been keeping up on this one too. I'd love to chat with the guy....I bet he's one heck of a character!

Definitely funny stuff, funniest part to me is he is/was doing it a year early hoping to draw and 'he heard Utah goats are easier to sneak up on'...that's funny to. He probably had fun though.
