Bowhunter....you there?

Roy,
Please give us a shout out and let us know that you are alright after yesterday's events. I couldn't stop worrying about you when I heard about the deputies who confronted the fugitive. Bad deal that hopefully is over.-------SS

I too thought of Roy, not sure where exactly he was/is stationed at. But man what a lousy few days.

I thought he was a San Bernardino County Sheriff Deputy, but I could be mistaken. Either way, my regards to all those impacted by these events and thoughts to the families of the Deputies who were killed and wounded by this man.----------SS

All good here guys......thanks for asking. Been a tough week for all agencies down here in Southern Cal (Riverside and SBSO). Our brother county (San Bernardino) lost a VERY good detective Tuesday.........and a man I knew personally. I'm glad it's over, but not at the cost it took. Funeral for the RPD officer was rough yesterday......especially with those kids sitting there.

SO glad to hear from you! Even out in Utah, our thoughts and prayers are flowing for all involved. Incidents like this are a grim reminder of the job that we ask countless law enforcement professionals to do everyday in order for us to remain safe and free. Many thanks to all those brave men and women who serve selflessly and stare down the face of danger fearlessly everyday.---------SS
