Best Unit for Whitetail in CO?

I was wondering what hunters thought the best unit was for public land hunting in Colorado for whitetails.

Wow, just noticed the dat on this post, but as I am sure you've figured out, its near impossible to find public land for whitetails in CO.

Pretty much any river bottom east of I-25. Most of the river bottoms are farmed, thus private.
