Video Conversion Problem - HuntersClips.com

Post by MuleyMadness » Sat Nov 15, 2008 10:16 am

Some of you guys have noticed that your videos you uploaded to HuntersClips.com is messed up (plays extremely fast).

Apparently this is not an easy fix at the moment, I'll still look for a better solution.

I know ACGHAWK and RIDGETOP both had this issue recently.

This is apparently the problem...

WMV files with variable framerates Or FLV files also. Which I think means you have a pause/slow motion/fast forward somewhere in your file?

If you try converting you file to .mov or .mpg or .avi format it may work (if someone is bored sometime please try) as I'm curious if it works.

I'll keep looking into it, sorry about the trouble.

Brett

Brett, I just finished this year's success video. I'll try your solution with last year's vid and see if it works. If it does I will post the new one also.

Well Brett, whatever you did it seemed to have worked. I reposted last year's video without changing a thing and it worked like a charm. In fact, I posted it in the my thread in the Camping forum using it and it works great.
