only hunted about 30 minutes and even passed up two bucks. This is my brothers second now and it sure is a fun hunt.

That's a nice looking antelope! and a nice old rifle as well. What is it?

The rifle is our grandpas that I started out with and now my brother uses it. Its a pre-64 Winchester model 70 .270 with the original scope that I think is a weaver but not sure. Its old but such a great shooting gun. My dad has the same gun and still uses it over anything else he has for deer and smaller.

Congrats to your brother! I've also got a pre-64 Win Mod 70 .270. Very accurate gun that has taken many a critter, I'll end up passing it down through the family as it was passed down to me.
It ain't the size of the gun but the placement of the bullet.
