Shooter's Rifle Poll
OK, here we go. 1 week from today I will take to the field for the general deer opener. My daughter Courtney will be with me with her first big-game tag in hand. She has informed me that we will be bringing home some deer, so I am putting the standards aside for a year to make some memories with my girl. 2 points BEWARE! So I can't decide which rifle to take so I want to let my friends on MM decide the one that will be in this years field photos. Here are the choices:
25-06 Ackley Improved on a model 70 action with a Douglas barrel, a Bell&Carlson stock, and a Leupold scope shooting 100grn Barnes TSX bullets.
7MM Dakota on a Ruger M77 action with a Pac-Nor barrel, a Boyds JRS stock, and a Leupold scope shooting 160grn Nosler Accubond bullets.
Make the choice my friends!!!-------SS

Re: Shooter's Rifle Poll
I've always liked a nice 25_06.
I should go shoot mine right now.
