What a beast...and what a joke!

Post by ABert » Thu Dec 23, 2010 7:04 pm

Just got a call from my brother to check this out. Truly, a MONSTER bull elk but please read the article AND comments, particularly from the ADMIN.

Apparently, this ranch is owned by Rulon Jones. First person that can say who he is/was gets a thumbs up icon from me!
It ain't the size of the gun but the placement of the bullet.

Rulon Jones is a wrestler right? Won Gold, almost died 2 times from not being smart. That the right guy?

Someone shot one heck of a piece of meat....LOL. I read the Admin posts under the picture and HAD to respond. Am I wrong in my post? Whether I am or not, I just don't see the appeal in shooting something that is penned up (no matter how big the enclosure) and paid a bounty to kill.

I've left two comments that I guess they don't want on the board. Both asked the same question of how can a high fenced hunt be considered fair chase (???)

Jeremy, I didn't see you comment on there either. My guess is they don't want future clients to read anything from real hunters and ethics.

Browse through the site and there is one part where they say they have BIGGER bulls than this one.
