My Pahvant archery elk hunt. 2015

I figured that I would start a thread about my elk hunt this year.
It all started with this little tid bit.

I couldn't believe how lucky I was
It never really seems to sink in until you get to put the hard copy shows up.
Luckily my brother lives in the area and has had his trail cameras out over the years.
Some pictures of the better bulls.
Just hoping that we can find one of this caliber in about three weeks.

Man those are awesome pics! Thanks for the post, love them cams. Hope you have success soon. I assume you still have some cams up this year.

Since I found out that it was indeed my archery tag I have been putting plenty of practice.
40 yards.
50 yards.

After a change of plan I had an opportunity to run down last week and check the cameras.
Hiking up out of the low lands.

Was practicing out at sixty yards and had a pretty good group today.
