Arizona OTC Tag (Last Chance) Help!

Arizona OTC Tag (Last Chance) Help!
Ok,
I hunted unit 4B 4 times and had 2 shots. There were allot of hunters in there and the long shot is all i had and yes i missed!
So i am dieing to get my first elk! My buddy just got back from the Kaibab on the Gov Mule Deer tag. He said some ppl up there said the elk were there but after a long mule deer hunt he was simply to tired to try to fill his Elk OTC tag.
So this is were you guys come in. I have to say i have hunted my heart out on this OTC tag. 4 trips to 4B and still no elk in the bag. So i am making a trip to the Kaibab! Hopefully this weekend. I know they are calling for snow so if the elk are there they might be a little easer to track down ( Well i hope )! So i wanted to see if any of you are going the the Kaibab this weekend or have been up there and mybe have an idea of where the elk are. Any info would be huge! I must say this is my last time to fill my tag and it would be huge to get my first elk!
