CO OTC ELK

Post by fraziercu » Thu Sep 03, 2009 10:08 am

Just found out the wife is gone for the weekend, so I am thinking about grabbing my bow and trying my hand at some Elk. I can still get an over the counter tag but have no clue where to go. I am hoping to keep it close (2 hours or so) anyone have any good ideas, anything would help. Thanks.

Where are you located? 2 hr drive can put you in a lot of places depending on your start point

36, any part of the unit. take a look at the roads, get off of them and find game trail near 10,000 ft... enjoy.
