Yukon Bull

Post by dahlmer » Wed Oct 07, 2009 10:45 pm

Don't know anything about this bull other than what was stated in the email. Sorry if its a repost, but I don't remember seeing it before.

"This bull was killed in the Yukon on 9-25. Elk were put in there in 1958 from Yellowstone Park . This was the first year they have been hunted. They drew for 15 permits.

The hunter is Al Klassen. He's been a sheep guide in the Yukon and Northwest Territories and has personally guided over 100 Dall Ram kills.

Preliminary gross score... 451 5/8"

If that bull is not farm raised he is truely amazing. Awesome bull.

The fronts on that beast are absolutely insane! I read about this same bull on another site and cannot stop lookin' at him.

Thus far, everything I have seen or heard on this bull is that it's legit. (Not a high fenced animal...and trust me, I understand the scepticism completely)

I think I'm in love! Can you imagine that toad crashing through the brush, coming right at you? Insane.
