I suggest GUNSAMERICA.COM recently bought a Ruger M77 .300 Winchester Mag from there for $475 with shipping. you can have the gun shipped to a MLA certified person i think is what it is. luckily my neighbor is certified and doesnt charge much. but most pawn shops will do it for you for a small fee GOOD LUCK
