Sight Question

Post by JBird » Wed Oct 03, 2007 6:47 pm

I busted the front sight on my gun last year, and I can't find a replacement, seems that William's discountinued them. So right now I'm trying to decide between the Tru-Glo sights or the Thompson Center. I really like the T/C's they seem to be better quilty the only problem is they don't make them for CVAs. Does any one know if they might fit on a CVA?

I would sure go for a metal one like the TC. :thumb I broke mine off the front of my traditions twice last year. The plastic , brake off way to easy . :>/

here cva has some that are guaranteed for life !!

Good luck finding the sight you need, just don't fall under the "dot scope" trap!!!
(oh shiz, this is going to start a war!! :222 )

Thanks! I didn't even think to see if CVA made any. Don't worry I won't be putting a scope on, but if I did it would be a dot.

Well those dot scopes are pretty cool!
I like how you can be looking through the scope tube at a fixed target and move you head on the stock just a tiny bit and the dot moves out of center while the iron sight on the end of the barrel is still fixed on the target.
Which sight would i trust????.......iron all the way
