My dad and I went out this weekend. We hiked 20 miles and found 5 sheds and brought 3 back. I found the first 3 (one I left cuz it was so old)right within 50 yards of each other so I thought it was gonna be a good weekend. After that we hiked another 9 miles that day and my dad found a spike horn that was really old too so we just left it there too.

Here is the first one....

Walked down to it and this is what I seen....

This is the one that I left....

Today we hiked another 11 miles and didn't find anything until we were about 200 yards from the car on the way back....

Dang! That's some serious hiking! Well, look at it this way.. now you know where the sheds aren't.

Well glad to see I'm not the only one who has to hike like crazy to find anything! Difference is that I've only been able to find small ones. But better than nothing!

I've put on 25 or so miles in 2 days so far this year, found 3 small 4-points and a spike is it. So looks like were all really pounding the hills for miles before we turn one up. :)

Except for when my stud neighbor takes me to one of his honey holes, I average 4-5 miles per shed found.
