First shed ever!!

Postby Scott702 » Thu Oct 24, 2013 11:20 pm

Well during my deer hunt in idaho we couldn't seem to find any bucks. But I had a good time, and am already deciding where I'll be applying next year, hopefully a few different states, for sure my home state of nevada and my second home utah. Considering Wyoming, Arizona, and possibly Colorado. But anyways, back to the point, We were glassing and I noticed this elk shed right next to the tree line! It was awesome to find my first shed!! I know it isn't big for an elk, but I think it's pretty awesome! I am already planning a shed hunting trip to the arizona strip!

Good find. Once you find 1 it becomes addicting to find more and more. I look forward to the beginning of the year when they drop and I can go out and find em. Congrats
