Wasatch LE Muzzloader Elk Hunt

Post by DeadI » Thu Sep 26, 2013 10:58 pm

Okay, so I know a few of you out there are waiting for my elk hunt report. So here is a little bit. I will write up a story latter of the events of the hunt for for now here is a photo to tie you over. I had him scored tonight and he goes 345. Thanks Cory and My dad for all your help. It was great to have you there.

A few details on the shot I snuck to with in 50 yards of him. He then took and started walking right to me. Cory cow called and pulled him to the side of me allowing for a full broadside shot at 25-30 yards. What an awesome experience.

Outstanding, been looking forward to your report. Sweet bull, what a blast at close range that must have been.

Congrats Jared, great looking bull. It has to be quite a rush to have one come in that close.

Love the mass on that beast!
It ain't the size of the gun but the placement of the bullet.

Awesome bull! And how memorable having him so close and with a muzzy! I would have pulled the trigger for sure. Congrats to you.
