Big Game Recipe

Title: Big Game Recipe

I recently came up with a really good recipe for Elk, Deer and Bear. I would love to share this recipe with everyone.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

1st— You can use either Elk, Deer, Bear or whatever game meat you would like to try with this recipe. It’s all good.

2nd– Using a large roasting pan, line the bottom of the pan with foil.

3rd– Layer foil-lined pan with meat of your choice.

4th– Choose vegetables ( I like using Red Onion, carrots and portabella mushrooms).

5th– Arrange vegetables around meat in pan, you can also top meat with veggies too!

6th– Cut up some fresh parsley (a lot) and spread parsley over top of meat and veggies coating entire layer.

7th– In a medium-sized bowl, add warm water, little bit of milk and 2 pkgs. (any flavor) of Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Mix well.

8th– After soup mix is well stirred, pour over top of meat, veggies and parsley. Making sure to cover meat and veggies, with just a little bit of the meat and veggies showing through the center of soup mixture. Add a little bit of black pepper.

9th– Put second layer of foil over top of meat. Fold sides with bottom layer and pinch together. Make tiny pinhole in center of foil. Put into well heated oven and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. Makes a great sauce for meat and tastes really good!! Meat will be very tender and your meat should not have a gamey taste to it. Try it!!!

Sometimes, I like to cook it a little bit longer!
