I glassed these lions in southern AZ. I watched them for about 10 hours. They were only about 25 pounds so I did not shoot one By: manager Date Uploaded: March 4, 2004 Description: Gallery: Predators 9 Comments Guest March 5th, 2004 I saw 38 deer the same morning Log in to Reply Guest April 21st, 2004 I would have shot both, when you have a mother and a cub they kill more, not for the food but to show the cub how to hunt. not because they need it. but that is just me. Log in to Reply Guest April 22nd, 2004 Wow interesting pic, i didnt know you could take a picture like that, just hold the camera where your eye would be and try and get proper releif? Would this work for a spotting scope to?k Log in to Reply Guest November 6th, 2004 that is one kewl pic how did u take that pic thru ur scope Log in to Reply Guest November 24th, 2004 awsome pic.. but i as well as coyote_hunter would have shot them due to the deer slaughtering i’v witnessed from these cats… Log in to Reply Guest January 3rd, 2005 wow you are so sensitive! thanks for letting them grow up so they can eat 50 or so coues deer every year. Log in to Reply Guest January 7th, 2005 Lions are an improtant predator. They may kill a number of deer, but to me (and other predator hunters) having a viable population of lions is as improtant as the number of deer they kill. Log in to Reply Guest January 8th, 2005 More deer fawn’s are lost to scower’s every year than can be documented to lion loss. Lion’s should be hunted but not because they eat deer. Hail,I eat deer, are you going to shoot me? Log in to Reply Guest May 23rd, 2005 I would rather the cats kill the deer. than the deer die of disease or killed by cars. both kill more than cats.thanks for pics I would have filmed for my kids.wait for a bigger one!
