There should also be a bunch of dirt roads there to go down to set up a snooze spot. That way you wouldn't be bothered with all of the traffic on the highway.

That sounds like a great time. My brother and his boy and I went to Colorado last year for the elk season and just had a ball. Congrats on a great hunt.

That whole end of the state has some really nice elk. All of the ones that my nephew is after have move out of their summer patterns and have started splitting up the cows. He's haveing a hard time finding the nicer bulls that were everywhere just a couple of weeks ago. Love the pictures.
