Re: Scouting/Photography Pics - 2009

Great pictures! It wigs me out seeing the country that your deer live in compared to the country they inhabit here. Its amazing the range of areas they survive in.

As i was lucky enough to draw a grizzly tag this spring in one of my favorite areas to hunt i have been pounding the bush hard to find just an opportunity to connect on a grizzly. With our extended winter this year in northern BC it has been hard finding accessible areas up until about two weeks ago...

Sounds like there is tons of people out there. In all my years of looking for sheds in BC i think i have bumped into one other ...

Re: Hunts for 2009

Wow, i find it very interesting since i found this site to see how your tag systems work south of the 49th parallel. There are still general seasons though on top of these draws right? Re: New to the forum

Was about 30 yards from the wolf when we got that shot. It sure did help to have my best friend hunting with me at that moment as he was the one who snapped the shot :thumb while i held ready in case she bolted. Right after she heard the camera she turned quick and was gonna disappear into the thick...

Re: New to the forum

Thanks all, BC sure has a lot to offer the outdoor oriented person. Big country, lots of critters. Here is a pic of a wolf i shot this year about 5 seconds before i put 'er on the ground.
