(1st post) Big Buck Pic!

Hi everyone, I have been checkin out the site and it looks great!! Here is a pic of a buck that my friend shot last Sunday. During Colorado's early Sept. rifle hunt!

I was wondering? Is this a hard tag to get your hands on? Not to sure on how the rules are there. Any info would be great and Thanks in advance.

took my friend 5 points to draw as a resident. I think it takes non-residents about 7 or 8 points to draw!
